It has never ceased to amaze me how fast a tour goes by - we are already approaching night 13 of this tour, and in that time have gotten nearly 30,000 people to join us in making a 'Big Noise' and fighting for Fair Trade and an end to extreme poverty. Warped Tour has come and gone, and the Dave Matthews Band tour is approaching its final weeks as well, both tours getting even more people to join the One Campaign. I have a massive 'backlog' of blogs to be posted soon that will profile all of our work we have been up to this summer, so keep checking back in!

On the road with Coldplay...
Our first night in Hartford marked us starting our third tour of the summer - we still have crews out with Warped and Dave Matthews, and we'll be joining Greenday soon as well. Lots of work, but definately worth it - our first night with Coldplay, we got nearly 900 postcards signed at our booths alone, and our army of volunteers brought in another 1500 or so names - by the end of this tour alone, we'll have built a lot of support for the Make Trade Fair and ONE Campaigns!
Make Trade Fair Booth
Our first night on Coldplay's Twisted Logic Tour went remarkably well - the best opening night we have had on any tour! Lots of people joining the Big Noise peition and signing our postcard to Robert Portman, US Trade Rep and many more getting their white band to show their support in the overall fight against poverty and AIDS.

One day to go...
Before we join Coldplay on their Twisted Logic tour. All of us at Lokahi are incredibly excited about taking part in this tour - we are honored to get to partner with Oxfam on their Make Trade Fair Campaign, and are very proud of the trust they have instilled in us to take the campaign on the road on this major tour. Our banners and tents are arriving tomorrow, the truck is loaded and we are ready to go! Watch for updates from our opening night in Hartford to be posted soon...
